At Lukos Engineering, we offer professional Yamaha motorcycle tuning, ECU remapping and custom dyno calibration for a wide range of Yamaha road, race, naked, touring and adventure bikes.

Our dedicatededdy-current braked motorcycle dynoallows us to accurately load the bike, monitor performance and make controlled calibration changes across the full operating range. This is especially important for modern Yamaha motorcycles, where throttle mapping, fuel delivery, ignition timing, torque limits, ride-by-wire behaviour and emissions-related strategies can all affect how the bike feels on the road or track.

A professional Yamaha ECU remap can improve throttle response, power delivery, mid-range torque, rideability, fuelling accuracy and overall performance. Depending on the model and ECU strategy, tuning may also help optimise the bike for aftermarket exhaust systems, decat pipes, velocity stacks, air filters, race use and other supporting modifications.

Our in-house motorcycle dyno gives us the ability to test, develop and validate calibrations properly, rather than relying on blind bench flashes or generic files. This allows us to fine-tune how the bike performs under load and deliver a result that feels strong, smooth and controlled.
