Nissan Tuning ECU Remapping and Dyno Calibration

At Lukos Engineering, we provide Nissan ECU remapping and custom dyno calibration for petrol and diesel vehicles. From a road-going performance car to a working pickup, we develop the calibration around the vehicle's condition, modifications, fuel and intended use.

Our Nissan tuning service focuses on how the engine responds through the rev range, how it delivers torque and how well the calibration suits the hardware fitted. For modified vehicles, we assess the complete setup before making changes and investigate performance concerns that could affect the result.

Why choose Lukos Engineering

A Nissan used for daily driving has different requirements from a track car or a Navara carrying a regular load. We take those requirements into account when setting the direction of the calibration. Our in-house eddy-current hub dyno provides controlled load testing, while diagnostic checks and data logging help us understand the engine's behaviour before and after adjustment.

ECU remapping and dyno calibration

Nissan ECU remapping requires an approach that matches the engine and control system. We evaluate fuel delivery, ignition, torque management and boost control where applicable, then refine the relevant calibration areas together. The aim is progressive response and useful performance across the operating range, including normal part-throttle driving.

Dyno testing gives us a controlled environment to compare changes under load. We review the available engine data alongside measured output, looking at delivery and consistency as well as the overall power curve. For vehicles with intake, exhaust or cooling upgrades, this helps establish how the components work together and where further adjustment is needed.

Nissan tuning in the UK

Nissan tuning availability depends on the model, year, engine, ECU and software version. Transmission tuning is confirmed separately, with the final scope based on the vehicle's specification and intended road, work or track use.
