2020–2026 QJMotor SRK 600 ECU Tuning & Remapping

The QJMotor SRK 600 combines a high-revving four-cylinder engine with modern electronic engine management, making it a strong platform for professional ECU calibration. While the motorcycle offers good performance in standard form, the factory ECU calibration must account for emissions requirements, noise regulations and varying operating conditions across different markets.

At Lukos Engineering, we offer professional QJMotor SRK 600 ECU tuning, ECU flashing, dyno testing and full custom motorcycle dyno calibration for 2020–2026 models.

Our calibrations are developed using live engine data, wideband AFR monitoring and controlled testing on our dedicated in-house eddy-current braked motorcycle dyno. The objective is to improve the complete riding experience: power delivery, throttle response, fueling and engine behaviour throughout the rev range.

What Can QJMotor SRK 600 ECU Tuning Improve?

Modern motorcycle performance is heavily influenced by ECU calibration. Fueling, ignition timing, electronic throttle strategies and various engine-management limits all affect how the motorcycle responds under different operating conditions.

Professional ECU tuning can improve:

  • Throttle response
  • Low and mid-range torque delivery
  • High-RPM performance
  • Power delivery throughout the rev range
  • Fueling accuracy
  • AFR under load
  • Throttle transition behaviour
  • Engine smoothness
  • Performance after exhaust modifications
  • Overall rideability

Rather than concentrating solely on peak horsepower, our calibration process focuses on improving the complete power curve and how the motorcycle responds to rider input.

Tuning After Exhaust & Decat Modifications

The QJMotor SRK 600 can benefit considerably from correct ECU calibration when fitted with an aftermarket exhaust or decat system.

Changing the exhaust can alter gas flow and engine breathing compared with the standard configuration. The original ECU calibration was developed around the factory exhaust, meaning fueling and other calibration strategies may no longer be optimal once modifications are installed.

Custom ECU tuning allows us to optimise the calibration around the motorcycle’s actual hardware.

This is particularly suitable for motorcycles fitted with:

  • Decat exhaust systems
  • Full exhaust systems
  • Performance silencers
  • High-flow air filters
  • Intake modifications
  • Combined intake and exhaust upgrades

ECU Flash – Send-In ECU Service

Our send-in ECU flashing service provides an option for customers who cannot bring the complete motorcycle to Lukos Engineering.

Remove the ECU and send it directly to us. We can install our developed calibration and return the ECU ready to refit.

This service is suitable for standard motorcycles and many common exhaust and intake configurations.

For motorcycles with more extensive modifications, a full custom dyno tune allows the calibration to be developed specifically around the individual bike.

Dyno & AFR Check

Our dyno and AFR testing service allows us to establish exactly how your SRK 600 is currently performing.

The motorcycle is tested under controlled load while we monitor power delivery and air-fuel ratio throughout the operating range.

This is particularly useful if:

  • An aftermarket exhaust has been installed
  • The catalytic converter has been removed
  • The motorcycle has previously been tuned
  • The ECU has been flashed elsewhere
  • You do not know what calibration is currently installed
  • You want to verify fueling after modifications
  • You want accurate before-and-after dyno results

Full Custom Dyno Tune

For the highest level of calibration, we offer full custom QJMotor SRK 600 dyno tuning.

Using our dedicated motorcycle dyno, the individual bike is tested under controlled conditions while we analyse AFR, live engine data and its behaviour under load.

The calibration can then be refined specifically around the motorcycle and its modifications rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all tune.

A full custom dyno tune is particularly suitable for:

  • Full exhaust systems
  • Decat systems
  • Performance air filters
  • Intake modifications
  • Track-focused motorcycles
  • Multiple performance modifications
  • Previously tuned motorcycles requiring correction

More Than Peak Horsepower

A properly calibrated motorcycle should not be judged purely by its maximum horsepower figure.

Improvements through the low and middle sections of the rev range can have a significant effect on acceleration and everyday performance, even when the difference at peak RPM is relatively small.

Throttle response and transition behaviour are equally important. A motorcycle that responds cleanly and predictably to rider input can be considerably more enjoyable to ride than one calibrated purely to produce the highest possible dyno figure.

Our approach therefore focuses on the complete power curve, AFR, throttle behaviour and overall engine response.

Why Choose Lukos Engineering?

Lukos Engineering specialises in professional motorcycle ECU tuning using a dedicated in-house eddy-current braked motorcycle dyno.

Our calibration process is based around controlled testing, live engine data and wideband AFR measurement. Changes can therefore be tested and verified under load rather than relying on blind adjustments or generic tuning files.

Whether your QJMotor SRK 600 is completely standard, fitted with a decat or running a complete intake and exhaust package, we can develop the calibration around the actual specification of the motorcycle.
